Well this is my first adventure in blogging.  I guess why I am doing it is to figure it all out and use it in the venture me and a friend are working on.  And what is that venture you ask.  It has to do with management and creative teams working in a way that both our comfortable with and producing the best results.  I'll be posting those things that I have learned and are incorporating into our study
